Are you a person who seems to never get a break in life? Does that dark cloud always seem to follow you around casting that dark shadow over you no matter where you go? There are reasons behind why negative people never seem to get ahead in life. Through quantum physics we know our thoughts send out energy into the universe. Positive thoughts have a higher frequency than a negative thought. When we are positive, our thoughts connect with other positive thoughts being sent out to the universe during that time. On the other hand, negative thoughts emit a low vibration which brings more bad things your way.

If you want more love, happiness, and success in your life start thinking more positively.

Why Raise Your Vibrational Energy?

When we raise our vibrational energy it gets sent out to the universe which seeks out and attracts similar energy back to us. This energy is sent out through our thoughts. These thoughts become more powerful through our emotions and actions.

Every thought you have is acting as a messenger telling the universe you want more of the same. I never understood before how this worked until I attended a business event where the speaker touched upon the Law of Attraction. At first, I merely dismissed it as psycho babble.

What I later learned is that it was actually researched by a Nobel peace prize winner Niels Bohr in 1922. He stated that are subatomic particles were actually waveforms. The waveforms are transformed into the physical world which we see around us.

An easier way to look at this is to view our thoughts like radio waves. These waves are emitted to the universe. Good or bad thoughts go there to find other similar vibrational matches. They join together and attract what is similar to us.

I decided to give it a try since I had carried negative thoughts for so long. After all, what else did I have to lose anyway. If you never take action you will get the same result anyway which is nothing, right?

Since raising my vibrational frequency, a lot has changed in my life. I cannot even begin to explain how weird it feels. Certain people, opportunities, and events present itself to me every day. In the past, very few of these things came along. I often stop to thank the universe and yell to the top my lungs with a big smile, “give me more!” Of course I am alone when I do this.

Nevertheless, it’s been life changing for me. Not only has it brought me positive things. I believe it has expanded my thinking by providing me with a wider perspective on all matters.

The Basics of Vibrations

Remember humans are all energy. This means our thoughts are as well, both on a conscious and unconscious level. Always think positively, even during times when everything around you seems to be going out of control. There is always a silver lining in everything when you change your thought process to look at the world in the positive way. Before you know it you will mysteriously attract positive circumstances and people into your life. I actually have a lot of fun with this.

To give you an example, something that happened to me just last week. I’ve been preparing myself for a career in motivational speaking. Hired a speech coach, joined a couple of Toastmasters groups, and got paid to speak at my first event not that long ago.

I made speech last week. A couple of gentlemen came down afterwards to tell me how much they liked my speech. One of them told me he loved the martial arts particularly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He then went on to tell me about a dedicated co-worker who practiced the art. Well it turned out that person is one of my students in the class.

This was pretty cool but it was definitely not the kicker as there is more to this story. The next day I went to teach my class. While getting changed my student walked in and he told me his co-worker was raving about my motivational speech. He said he had no idea I was a motivational speaker. I told him yes I am moving into that area of my business.

While we were talking another one of my students overheard the conversation. He smiled at us and added he is a professional speaker as well. We looked at each other and laughed. I told him I can’t believe this. The universe definitely acts in strange ways. I believe my positive thoughts brought us together for a reason. I now all of the sudden have someone with so much experience in the industry to lean on for advice.

Isn’t that fantastic? My life for the past number of years has been like numerous guardian angels popping into my life unexpectedly to guide me down the yellow brick road!

So this brings me to my next point. Incorporate thoughts of love, kindness, respect and gratitude into your life. This will raise your vibrational energy.

Rid yourself of fear, anxiety, worry and anger as they only serve to lower your vibrations.

The higher the vibration the more easily you will attract good positive things into your life. Things that you want. Low vibrations will make it harder to attract what you desire. Instead you will end up like that crabby person we all know. The one who seems to never get a break. The one you ask how is your day and they go on a rant about how horrible and unjust the world is. Then they wonder why everything in their life is in disarray.

How to Raise Your Vibrational Frequency Today

Make note of the people you surround yourself with such as friends, family, and co-workers,. What are their attitudes like? Are they positive or negative? Do they lift your spirits when you are around them or do they engage in gossip?

If they are negative it’s time to tell them goodbye. As I mentioned in some of my previous posts, I’ve gotten rid of people I’ve know almost my entire life. I don’t have an ounce of regret because the people that have come into my life afterwards have positively impacted my life. My only regret is I didn’t do this sooner.

When you engage in negative talk such as gossip, you become a part of it. Before you know it you end up emotionally drained listening to it. All of the sudden you begin to get immersed in it. Just think of the time wasted when you can be out there using 100% of your mental capacity to do something constructive. Read book, learn a new skill, or meet people who will help get you where you want to go in life.

Exercise and maintaining a healthy diet is another great way to raise your vibrational frequency. When you feel good inside and outside you radiate positive vibes to others around you.

Finally, you can practice meditation. It’s a great way to connect with your soul, allowing your mind to free itself from all distractions. This is a great way to visualize positive things you want to attract into your life.

Use Visualization To Achieve Success

I love the use of visualization. Create positive thoughts by visualizing what you want to become reality. Think of things such as love, money, better health, relationships, and dream jobs. When I think about public speaking I thought about the feeling of speaking to a room full of thousands of people. I feel the sensation of the crowd clapping along with the happy faces as I gaze into the crowd.

You have to understand this is a big deal for me. I used to fear public speaking. So much so I would throw up before speeches. In fact, at my best friend’s wedding 18 years ago I was in the bathroom sick with my head hanging over the toilet seat. A doctor friend came in, found me and administered Gravol to calm my nerves.

I never thought in a million years I would consider speaking as a career. The funny thing is on my vision board at home I have a photo of a person speaking with the audience clapping. It’s amazing how it’s all coming together. Never underestimate the power of visualization.

Incorporate Daily Affirmations to Raise Your Vibrational Energy

Use positive affirmations everyday to help lift your spirits, keeping your energy high. Sports teams use it all the time before they step on to the field. I have affirmations on my computer screen, on my vision board, and on my iphone.

Affirmations remind me of the reasons for why I am doing what I do. One of the key affirmation in my life was to not worry about things I can’t control in my life. This is very simple but practiced by few.

However, once you incorporate this into your daily routine it makes your life less cluttered. You begin to focus on living in the present moment. It’s a great feeling to have when the weight is finally lifted off your shoulders.

Incorporate these tips into your life today. Remember to practice, practice, practice. Once it becomes a regular routine you will get to enjoy all the positive things the universe has to offer!
